HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…

As a Warehouse Process Technician, you will help keep warehouse operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently. Working under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate day-to-day workflow, support warehouse team members, and ensure products and materials move through receiving, storage, picking, loading, and manufacturing processes as expected.

You will also serve as an experienced resource on the floor, helping resolve operational issues, train new employees, and maintain warehouse operations when leadership coverage is needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

  • Coordinate warehouse workflow and help assign daily activities across receiving, storage, picking, loading, serving, and manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor workflow throughout the shift and, in partnership with Warehouse leadership, assign or reassign team members as operational needs change.
  • Perform all Material Handler responsibilities, including picking orders, palletizing, floor loading, labeling, shipping preparation, and loading and unloading trailers.
  • Review production schedules and shipping requirements to help ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Operate manual and powered industrial material-handling equipment safely.
  • Support multiple shipping methods, including LTL and parcel shipments.
  • Use Oracle WMS to assign tasks, release orders and replenishments, pick-confirm orders, dispatch orders, and support cycle counting.
  • Enter warehouse transactions using Telnet, Oracle, and computer-based systems.
  • Receive materials through the Purchase Order system.
  • Follow established procedures for dispatching orders to drivers.
  • Start, reboot, and troubleshoot minor scanner-system issues.
  • Prepare for and participate in physical inventories, including recording and verifying merchandise counts.
  • Work across departments to identify and resolve warehouse and operational issues.
  • Train new employees on warehouse and receiving practices and procedures.
  • Help maintain warehouse operations during a leader’s absence and provide leadership coverage when required.
  • Follow Leader Standard Work activities and established company procedures.
  • Lead by example in compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, FDA, DOT, and EPA requirements.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, housekeeping, lifting, and personal-protection procedures.
  • Maintain clean and unobstructed work areas, aisles, and exits, and properly store supplies and remove waste.
  • Identify and report defective equipment and promptly report job-related injuries to supervision.
  • Perform other duties as required to support warehouse operations.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH…

You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other Warehouse leaders, as well as warehouse team members supporting receiving, storage, picking, loading, and manufacturing operations.

Because this role helps resolve issues across the operation, you will also collaborate with other departments and work directly with drivers and shipping-related partners as needed.
