HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
As a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse and distribution activities. By coordinating shipments, inventory management, order fulfillment, and cross-functional communication, you will help maintain product availability, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service while supporting a safe and productive warehouse environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
- Coordinate daily warehouse and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate product movement.
- Review bills of lading, incoming shipments, customer orders, and distribution schedules to plan daily operations.
- Assign warehouse personnel to specific tasks such as receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Pick, sort, and distribute products to support customer and distribution requirements.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Cross-check and verify customer pickup (CPU) orders and shipments to BIN locations.
- Print and manage daily route orders and distribution documentation.
- Direct and coordinate reclamation activities involving damaged merchandise.
- Track and report productivity metrics and operational performance.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases related to warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory, timekeeping, safety, food safety, and expenses.
- Communicate daily with Customer Service, Planning, Sales, Transportation, carriers, manufacturing plants, and Finance teams regarding product availability, adjustments, credits, and shipping issues.
- Report employee concerns involving policy or process violations to leadership.
- Support implementation of safety, food safety, and site security initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Maintain facility standards through housekeeping, sanitation, and adherence to company safety procedures.
- May provide coverage for Site Leaders, Coordinators, or Senior Coordinators when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of related warehouse, depot, or distribution experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with internal and external partners.
- Experience maintaining records, reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation.
- Ability to accurately verify inventory, shipments, and customer orders.
- Basic computer proficiency, including spreadsheet and database management.
- Commitment to workplace safety, food safety, and security standards.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to support hands-on warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, loading, unloading, and order fulfillment when necessary.

- Previous experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Experience leading or directing daily workflow in a warehouse environment.
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment systems.
- Experience working with transportation carriers and shipping documentation.
- Knowledge of warehouse productivity metrics and reporting.
- Experience supporting food manufacturing, consumer products, or distribution operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or warehouse management software.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement, food safety, or operational excellence initiatives.
Work Environment:
This position operates in a warehouse and distribution environment where noise levels are generally moderate. The role combines administrative coordination responsibilities with hands-on operational support. Employees should be comfortable working both in an office setting and on the warehouse floor while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, communication, and customer service.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
