What you will do…
Provide administrative and clerical support to the organizational unit.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Manage office supplies and purchasing through Ariba, SAP, and vendor portals.
Serve as liaison for purchasing, facilities, and operations.
Assist with billing activities and budget preparation.
Coordinate employee recognition programs and site events.
Handle visitor management and security badging processes.
Who you will work with…
Reporting directly into the Manager, Distribution Center at our Charlotte Mixing facility, your primary interactions will be with salaried and non-exempt staff, while also supporting the hourly workforce for tasks such as creating employee badges and handling miscellaneous administrative needs. Communication will typically flow from salaried leaders to you, ensuring alignment on priorities and site activities, while you serve as a key point of contact for coordination across the team.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)
High School diploma or equivalent (Minimum Qualification)
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment (Minimum Qualification)
Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheets, and Internet software.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)
Associate's Degree
Experience with Ariba and SAP systems.
Purchasing and billing experience.
Event planning or coordination experience.
Familiarity with vendor management and pricing negotiations.
