Establish long and short-term improvement plans for Maintenance groups assigned. Leads activities of Maintenance associates, develops/drives equipment reliability plans, manages a budget in areas of responsibility, and oversees the development of maintenance personnel. Leads technical troubleshooting as needed.
What you will do...
1. Leads the activities of maintenance associates on a daily basis (distributing planned work, deploying appropriate personnel to address emergency work, monitoring completion/quality of work, identifying/addressing safety concerns/at risk behaviors and scheduling daily/weekend overtime work).
2. Partners with Manufacturing Team Leader/Team Members to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
3. Develops and executes plans to improve maintenance systems
4. Provides ongoing substantive feedback and annual formal reviews with maintenance associates
5. Leads root cause failure analysis for equipment downtime
6. Participates in training and other developmental activities.
7. Lead and help execute Operational Excellence (C-WoW) initiatives and improvements.

What you bring to the table (must haves)...
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
It would be great to have (nice to haves)...
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
4+ years of manufacturing experience
2+ years of Maintenance experience
Background in PLC
