Campbell's Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S) team is seeking an intern to support a variety of sustainability projects.  The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized graduate-level student with a strong background in sustainability, research, and data management.  The internship will run from May – August 2026.

 

Candidates should expect to support Campbell's sustainability reporting, customer communications, internal data collection and technology platforms, as well as discrete research projects on sustainability topics.  You can learn more about Campbell's sustainability goals, programs, and policies by visiting the Our Impact section at thecampbellscompany.com.

 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and its intersection with business and markets

  • Comfortable presenting ideas, outcomes, and solutions in a polished, professional manner

  • Self-motivated with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment

  • Ability to meet objectives and deadlines by working independently under minimal supervision and by serving as part of a team

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, as well as general sustainability trends and issues

  • Strong background in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or assistance from the company

 

Responsibilities

Manage a variety of tasks and research projects with oversight from multiple team members, including but not limited to:

  • Corporate Sustainability Reporting

  • Researching existing and emerging sustainability topics, including climate, regenerative ag, and biodiversity

  • Benchmarking peers and assessing industry best practices

  • Enhancing internal processes

  • Enhancing tools and processes to collect and utilize data from our agricultural supply chain

  • Customer Reporting

  • Data Management

This internship position is not a full-time conversion eligible role. That means that at the conclusion of the internship, there is no expectation that an offer of full-time employment upon the intern’s graduation will be made.


Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
