Supply Chain Leadership Internship Program

Ready to make a real impact from day one?

The Campbell's Supply Chain Leadership Internship Program is a dynamic 12-week experience designed to give you hands-on exposure to one of the world's most iconic food companies. As an intern, you'll work on meaningful business projects that directly support our operations, products, and customers while gaining a comprehensive view of how our end-to-end supply chain powers Campbell's brands.

You'll take ownership of high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present your recommendations to leaders at the conclusion of the program. Along the way, you'll receive mentorship, coaching, and feedback from experienced professionals, including your manager, executive sponsors, and business leaders invested in your success.

Program Locations

Internship opportunities are available at our Global Headquarters in Camden, NJ, as well as at one of our 20+ manufacturing and operational locations across the United States.

What We're Looking For
Rising Senior or Graduate Student (December 2027 or May 2028 grad date)
Majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
Strong leadership potential and a drive to learn
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities
Effective communicator and collaborative team player
Adaptable, curious, and eager to tackle new challenges

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
