What you will do…
With a keen eye on industry trends and customer insights, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our long-term business goals.
Implement your strategic vision through relevant innovation, compelling marketing activation and key selling strategies in partnership with sales.
Inspire and influence cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensure a cohesive approach to marketing initiatives. Your collaboration extends to external agency teams, where you will skillfully manage partnerships to deliver outstanding results.
Manage brand P&L via monthly Integrated Business Planning process in partnership with finance, sales & demand partners. This includes owning consumption drivers, marketing budget, risks/opportunities and overall narrative to leadership. With a growth mindset, you will proactively recommend and implement adjustments to our plans to maximize success.
Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources to make informed decisions and recommendations for brand strategy and marketing initiatives.
Lead the Chunky Brand Marketing team, including coaching and developing 3 direct reports (Sr. ABM, ABM and Brand Analyst).

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)
Bachelor’s Degree Required
8+ years’ experience in consumer brand management with positions of increasing responsibility (Note that MBA may count for some experience)
Experience running a brand inclusive of campaign planning and media/measurement
Experience managing direct reports
It would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)
MBA
CPG experience strongly preferred
Food/Beverage industry experience a nice plus
