Make history at The Campbell’s Company by finding and unlocking pockets of growth within our Meals & Sauces Specialty Portfolio. This portfolio allows for experience working across an array of center store categories simultaneously which requires the ability to trend-spot within multiple consumer need states, prioritize activities and execute within greater complexity.
The Specialty Portfolio is made up of iconic brands like Campbell’s SpaghettiOs, Chunky Chili, Swanson Chicken, Campbell’s Gravy and Campbell’s Beans. This portfolio has the responsibility to deliver profitable and sustainable growth to fuel our division’s strategic plan.
As the Senior Associate Brand Manager on the Specialty Portfolio, you will manage the day-to-day execution of our annual operating plan – providing insights and updates compared to how we are tracking to targets and identifying opportunities to drive demand and or/mitigate risk.
What you will do…
Lead Cross-Functional Teams: ensuring all cross-functional partners are aligned to the annual operating plan and driving accountability to key deliverables.
Own the brand inputs for Integrated Business Planning ensuring the team has a strong handle on the category performance, competitive landscape, distribution changes and the impact of AC&S spend on velocity.
Own the end-to-end execution of the 3Y Innovation Pipeline ensuring the cross-functional team understands the strategic importance behind each project and working with Sales Strategy to drive successful in-market execution. More than just ensuring projects are delivered on time, this role involves properly vetting the innovation concept to ensure it delivers on the brand’s strategic objectives while also building strong in-market launch support plans to drive results.
Influence Brand Strategy by providing critical insights and recommendations on sources of growth and areas of risk.

Works alongside Meals & Sauces Brand Team, which includes Prego and Pace
Works alongside Cross Functional Teams, which includes Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Integrated Marketing
What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)
3 years of proven experience in brand management, strategic marketing, and project management; relevant industry experience, preferable in food and/or consumer goods is strongly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to have an ability to inform, influence and collaborate work with cross functional internal stakeholders across multiple leadership levels and external agencies
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic ever-changing working environment
Excellent analytical skills and business/financial acumen
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding strategic business goals
Forward-thinking, results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
