Perform duties relating to the scheduling, shipping and receiving of finished product in the shipping warehouse and data entry tasks. Perform duties relating to the receiving of raw ingredients/packaging items into inventory. Help develop a safety culture by constantly being alert to the well-being of others. This individual is expected to be a dependable self-starter who has the follow-up skills to produce extraordinary results with integrity while displaying a positive can-do attitude.
What you will do...
Working in Warehouse Management System/SAP – 45% General Office Duties – 20% Interaction with WHQ – 5% Interaction with carriers - 15% Interaction with Campbell truck loaders and unloaders – 15%
These duties encompass the following but are not limited to the items listed:
- All duties associated with billing, including on time billing and troubleshooting any problems that may arise during the billing process.
- Coordinate and prioritize the assignments of floor operators to assure the timely loading and billing of orders.
- Communicate with different departments within the plant, including but not limited to Quality, Planning, and Production.
- File, answer phones, data entry, run reports and other general office duties.
- Promote an atmosphere of cooperation and service to our internal customers.
- Coordinate mock and actual recalls when applicable.
- Perform all other assignments as directed by the Manager or Supervisor
- Significant SAP use for Logistics Receiving/Shipping Operations: creating orders in SAP and the receiving in of raw ingredients/packaging items.
- Significant WMS use for Logistics Shipping Operations.
- Forklift operator’s computer has gone down and they have lost their task. Have to utilize WMS system to retrieve this information for the operator in order for task to be completed.
- Analyze empty docks slots versus orders to be shipped.
- Initiate and prioritize workload for forklift operators for the shift.
- Truck driver claims truck is overweight. Consult with loader to determine if this is in fact the case and if so how to reload the truck and determine if product must be cut from the order.

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)
• High School Degree or GED
• 6+ months experience Logistics and Planning or manufacturing
It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
- Associate or Bachelor degree
- 1+ years of logistics or manufacturing experience
