Lead with Insight

Serve as the go-to expert for key business questions and syndicated data trends.
Deliver timely, high-impact analyses to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Elevate Analytic Capabilities
Deepen organizational understanding of consumer behaviors and market trends.
Leverage strategic partners and apply industry best practices to inform and enhance internal and external perspectives.
Develop creative solutions and develop a team of analytic experts to unlock insights as a competitive advantage.
Champion Continuous Improvement
Own outcomes with rigor, results, and timely delivery.
Identify and address capability gaps to future-proof the consumer analytics function.
Maintain a hypothesis-driven, intellectually curious mindset to stay ahead of market shifts.
Who you will work with...
A team of analysts under your leadership.
External strategic partners and data providers (e.g. Circana)
Cross-functional partners in Category Insights and Shopper Insights.
Senior leaders including the Head of Insights and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
What you will bring to the table... (Required Skills)
7+ years of experience in Market Intelligence, Insights, or Analytics—preferably in CPG.
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong command of POS, Panel, and syndicated data.
Expertise in Circana/Unify+, NIQ, and/or Numerator data and tools.
Ability to influence strategy through analytic storytelling, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Creative, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.

CPG Industry experience
Experience presenting to C-suite
Experience managing and coaching a team
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
