In this position, the intern works closely with the Manager, Human Resources in developing training materials and assisting with development plans. This position also will assist with day to day administrative tasks
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists in creating materials/presentations for quarterly training modules that maximize the learner's retention
Create an updated full site skills assessment
Coordinating Training Course Schedules and auxiliary training needs
Create and Manage plays for Redzone Learning Module
Manages internal job boards
Provides support in administrative duties including answering the main telephone line and assisting visitors.
Compiles and maintains records and files by filing (associate files/vacation forms/etc).
Create and post applicable meeting notices.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma and business undergraduate coursework. PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and/or other PC software a must.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
