Job Description

HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…

As a Robotics Operator, you will support highly automated production operations by safely operating, monitoring, and maintaining robotics and packaging equipment. Your role is critical to ensuring efficient production flow, product quality, food safety compliance, and continuous operational excellence while working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

  • Safely set up, adjust, operate, and monitor robotics and automated packaging equipment.

  • Operate equipment including:

    • Robots 1, 2, and 3

    • Fallas machines

    • Schubert systems

    • Pearson equipment

    • Tumbler equipment

    • Overwrap equipment

    • Palletizers

  • Rotate between workstations and provide relief coverage for team members as production schedules require.

  • Monitor equipment performance and make operational adjustments to support production targets.

  • Complete required production and operational paperwork accurately and timely.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.

  • Support and participate in preventive maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability.

  • Follow all plant food safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety procedures.

  • Participate in training activities and support team cross-training efforts.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain operational efficiency.

  • Work overtime and weekends as needed to support business demands.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • Minimum of one year of manufacturing or production experience, or equivalent experience in a production environment.

  • Ability to safely operate automated production and packaging equipment.

  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform job duties.

  • Ability to follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support production coverage needs.

  • Ability to complete required documentation accurately.

  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and assigned shift schedules.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)

  • Previous experience operating robotics, palletizing, packaging, or automated manufacturing equipment.

  • Production line manufacturing experience.

  • Food manufacturing, food service, or food handling experience.

  • Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and basic equipment troubleshooting.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional production teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

COMPENSATION

  • Pay: $22.65 per hour + $0.75 cent per hour shift differential

  • Shift: 2nd Shift 2:40PM-11:00PM

  • Location: 901 N. 200 W. Richmond, UT 84333


Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
