How You Will Make History Here…

You’ll play a critical role in protecting Campbell’s digital infrastructure by designing and implementing secure, scalable network solutions. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver high-performing, resilient, and secure business operations—from internal communications to manufacturing systems.

What You Will Do…

As a Network Security Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of next-gen firewalls, VPNs, SASE, micro-segmentation, and other security platforms.

  • Architect and implement enhanced security features, upgrades, and monitoring systems in collaboration with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

  • Provide Tier IV support and subject matter expertise for network operations and new deployments.

  • Develop and enforce scalable network technology standards and policies.

  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend best practices and emerging technologies.

  • Support strategic initiatives including Campbell’s digital transformation roadmap and DevSecOps adoption.

  • Participate in business projects requiring infrastructure network security design and services.

  • System Administrators, AppOps, Infosec, Incident Response, and Vulnerability Management teams.

  • Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for operational support and governance.

  • Business stakeholders and architecture teams to align network solutions with enterprise goals.

What You Will Bring to the Table…

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of experience (minimum qualifications)

  • 5+ years of IT experience in infrastructure/systems environments.

  • 3+ years of IT systems planning (Plan/Build/Run).

  • 2+ years of architectural design, engineering, and optimization.

  • Experience in outsourced IT environments.

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of NGFWs, SSL VPN, NAC, RBAC, PAM, and SASE solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Checkpoint firewalls.

  • Familiarity with policy management tools (e.g., Tufin), Aruba ClearPass, and automation tools like Ansible or Terraform.

  • Experience with SD-WAN, IPSEC VPNs, load balancers, and dynamic routing protocols.

  • Exposure to public cloud tagging (Azure, AWS, Google, OCI) and VMware NSX.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

It Would Be Great If You Have…

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP or vendor-specific security credentials.

  • Experience in cost management and budgeting for network investments and financial planning.

  • Hands-on implementation experience with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, and Checkpoint technologies.

  • Proven success in vendor technology migrations and replacements.

  • Familiarity with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Cribl, or CrowdStrike for log review and event correlation.

  • Strong knowledge of Route/Switch, DDI, and Enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure.

  • Experience with IPv6 and dual-stack deployments.

  • Exposure to Private LTE/CBRS cellular deployments, including Cradlepoint devices and NCM console.

  • Working knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including deployment and management of virtual network appliances (NVAs).

  • Understanding of cloud-based networking components such as load balancers, NSGs, route tables, and ARS/TWGs.


Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$131,400-$188,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
