Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am- 3pm, Overtime as needed

Summary
Responsible for maintaining spare parts and tool inventory for the Maintenance Department. Duties include ordering, receiving, issuing parts, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory records using SAP. Also responsible for tool room operations including issuing, receiving, upkeep, and accounting for all tools and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned based on business needs or special circumstances, which may require reassignment to other departments or job duties.
- Maintain established stock levels and order maintenance parts as issued from inventory.
- Operate SAP system for inventory management.
- Verify incoming articles by counting, sorting, or weighing to match requisitions or invoices.
- Lead physical inventory cycle counts every fiscal period.
- Manage inventory control to prevent stockouts by reviewing usage and min/max levels with Department Manager.
- Perform daily parts pickup from shipping/receiving dock; inspect and process Goods Receipt in SAP.
- Maintain non-stock parts, supplies, tools, lubricants, chemicals, and update MDS Data Sheets.
- Kit parts for outstanding Work Orders.
- Expense parts removed for repairs.
- Tag and stock received parts; determine appropriate storage methods.
- Adjust parts location and pricing in SAP as needed.
- Collaborate with other Campbell Soup plants to source emergency parts.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes, purchase orders, lead times, and material availability.
- Store articles in bins, on floor, or shelves (up to 7 ft. high) by identifying information (OEM, style, size, type).
- Generate weekly reports on parts usage and outstanding items.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.
- Cross-train to backfill other Maintenance Admin roles.

Education and Experience
- One-year certificate from college or technical school.
- Preferred: One year of related experience in parts room operations.
- Prior mechanic experience or extensive knowledge of manufacturing plant parts and materials preferred.
