What you will do...
Develop and Implement Innovation Strategies
Lead creation and execution of new product concepts and brand growth initiatives.
Drive differentiation and household expansion through innovation.
Conduct Market Research and Trend Analysis
Identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and market gaps.
Provide insights to inform product development and brand positioning.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Partner with R&D, Consumer Insights, Category Strategy, Finance, Supply Chain, PMO, Design/Creative, and Sales.
Align on product launches, brand messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Manage Innovation Projects
Oversee full lifecycle from concept to execution.
Serve as commercialization lead in weekly cross-functional calls and monthly Stage Gate meetings.
Monitor Brand Performance
Track KPIs to assess success and identify improvement opportunities.
Manage innovation tracking and scorecarding for monthly team updates.
Drive Creative Problem Solving
Develop out-of-the-box solutions to enhance brand appeal and meet evolving consumer demands.
Champion Consumer-Centricity
Deeply understand consumer behavior and preferences.
Ensure innovation aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences.
Be a Business Partner
Represent the voice of the consumer across functions and levels.
Play a key role in energizing and advancing the Distinctive Brands business unit.

Campbell’s Marketing leadership and broader organizational stakeholders
What you bring to the table... (Must Have)
Bachelor’s Degree required
3+ years experience in brand management, innovation or product development. Note that MBA may count as additional experience.
Proven experience in brand management, innovation, or product development
Strong strategic thinking and project leadership skills
Ability to synthesize consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Passion for consumer-centric innovation and brand building
High energy, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
It would be nice if you have... (Nice to Have)
Experience in the food or CPG industry
Familiarity with Stage Gate or commercialization processes
Background in marketing analytics or consumer research
MBA strongly preferred
