As an Associate Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead two critical distribution hubs—Lorton and Colonial Heights—through a period of transformation and growth. You’ll drive accountability, boost morale, and elevate performance across teams while enhancing performance, streamlining operations, and strengthening customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly impact service levels, safety culture, and operational excellence, helping Campbell’s deliver on its promise to customers and partners.
What you will do…
Oversee daily operations across two warehouse hubs, managing hourly teams responsible for receiving, picking, and cleaning.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Quality, and Real Estate.
Monitor KPIs such as safety incidents, productivity, and outbound/inbound performance.
Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance management, including coaching and corrective actions.
Ensure visibility and engagement across both sites through regular visits and hands-on leadership.
Who will you work with…
You’ll report to an Area Warehouse Leader and manage teams at both Lorton, VA and Colonial Heights, VA. Your direct reports include hourly material handlers and site coordinators, with oversight of contingent workers. You’ll collaborate regularly with Sales, DRP, Quality, and Real Estate teams, and interact with independent and external partners to meet distribution goals.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)
High School Diploma (Minimum Qualification)
Minimum of 5 years in logistics leadership
Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive operational results
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel between sites and work flexible hours

Experience in CPG or food industry
