What You Will Do…
As a Shift Supervisor you will coach and engage hourly employees in plant-wide initiatives. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring safety, product quality, line efficiency, budgetary goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and organizational capability/employee morale.
Lead daily operations of an alternate work schedule (7PM-7AM, 4 Days On and 4 Days Off)
Supervise 3 direct reports (2 in packing, 1 in processing) and oversee a team of 35–45 hourly employees.
Ensure shift readiness, resource allocation, and execution of standard work.
Conduct quality checks and manage processing upkeep
Troubleshoot line issues and lead changeover planning.
Address employee concerns and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Warehouse, and other Operations teams.

What You Will Bring to the Table… (Must Have)
High school diploma or GED (minimum qualifications)
1+ years of supervisory experience or 2+ years in manufacturing operations (minimum qualifications)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to coach and develop team members
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on root cause analysis
Technical aptitude and critical thinking skills
It Would Be Great If You Have… (Nice to Have)
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in CPG or food manufacturing
