The Sr. Manager, Omni Performance & Analytics will play a key role in assisting the Sr. Director, Omni Commerce in driving the strategic planning and performance tracking of our Enterprise, digital business. This position will play a critical role in helping develop Omni Strat Plans for each Power Brand across the enterprise, serving as a key partner to the Category and Growth Office teams. This role will also lead enterprise Omni reporting (monthly consumption eComm reports) and provide analysis on how we are tracking against Omni Share, Sales and Digital Penetration goals across the Enterprise. This role will drive best-in-class data governance across key eCommerce partners (eg. Circana ePOS) and First Party Platforms (eg. Scintilla & Instacart Ads) and will be highly cross-functional in nature. This role will lead 2 direct reports.
What you will do...
Partner with Sr Director, Omni-Commerce and Omni Customer Teams in both setting and tracking Omni Share, Sales and Digital Penetration Goals across the Enterprise
Lead Omni Reporting (Monthly, L13, L52 & FYTD eCommerce Reports) across the Enterprise, partnering with Circana and First Party Platforms (Eg. Scintilla) to ensure accurate consumption reports across all categories and top 10 – 15 customers
Partner with Sr Director, Omni-Commerce to develop Omni Strat plans for “Power Brands” across the Enterprise. Help develop centralized Omni Sales, Share and Digital Penetration targets per Category team. Manage team to provide actionable, digital insights and intelligence for each brand. Voice of Omni-Commerce in Category Team meetings
Work back with Growth Office Team to brief on Omni Sales, Share and Digital Penetration goals per category. Work with Sr Manager, Digital Shelf to jointly brief Growth Office team on Omni commercial plans, gathering input from Omni Customer Teams
Partner with Category Management teams across Enterprise to develop eCategory Management roadmap. Partner with team to set the eCatman standards, inclusive of benchmarks, selling decks/stories and eCategory research
Lead relationship with Circana eCommerce Team and operate as HQ point of contact for First Party Customer digital platforms. Ensure accurate data governance, performing audits on Circana projections vs First Party actuals, pushing for greater integrations and democratization of data
Support Sr Director of Omni-Commerce in monthly business reviews & key meetings (eg. AOP) with key stakeholders across the Enterprise
Supports Omni Customer Team during critical meetings (eg. Customer T2Ts, Line Reviews)
Partners with key, cross-functional teams (eg. Customer Strategy, Growth Office Insights Team) to cross-share reports, best practices, reporting frameworks and methodologies. Voice of Omni-Commerce to ensure digital consumption data is incorporated holistically into internal plans
Lead Omni Data and Intelligence learning agenda across the Enterprise. Educate key internal stakeholders as to unique environment of Omni-Commerce analytics, such as the varying modalities and differences in customer data & commerce capabilities across instore and online reporting

What you bring to the table... (Must have)
Years of relevant experience: 12+ years’ experience with Circana or a first party eCommerce/Customer data provider (eg. Scintilla, Instacart Ads)
Bachelor's degree
It would be great if you have... (Nice to have)
ECommerce or Category Management experience preferred
Prior people management experience preferred
Self-starter, strategic thinker, and action-oriented
The ability to organize & synthesize data and communicate succinct, actionable insights is critical
Presents business results and insights in a clear and concise manner that drives performance. Must be able to present to senior stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to effectively present ideas and concepts to groups of varying levels internally and externally
Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize/work effectively under pressure
This is a HQ role based in Camden, NJ 3 days a week/hybrid.
