The Sales Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting Sales Planning and Customer Engagement initiatives. This position works cross-functionally to execute against strategic priorities, leveraging strong relationships across internal teams to deliver on the Sales Planning team’s vision. The Analyst is responsible for managing forecasting tools, maintaining critical reporting files, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
This role is based at our HQ office in Camden, NJ 3 days a week (hybrid).
What you will do...
Support the field sales team with reporting and tracking of display and display programs.
Maintain and track the display forecasting tool, ensuring timely and accurate projections from the field.
Monitor and analyze year-over-year display execution to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage all IFR (Incremental Funding Request) and LUC (Lowest Unit Cost) files, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
Provide weekly and monthly analysis of LUC/IFR and display data to support decision-making for key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales Planning Managers on reporting needs and roll-ups.
Serve as a liaison between field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and information flow.
Support TPM (Trade Promotion Management) updates, including new PPG (Product Planning Group) creation and related tasks.
Assist the Sales Planning Director in coordinating customer engagement meetings at WHQ, working cross-functionally to deliver on meeting objectives.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs or special projects.
Manage multiple projects across various scopes and cross-functional areas.
Build and maintain productive relationships with both field and internal sales teams.
Synthesize multiple data sources to develop actionable business insights and solutions.

What you bring to the table... (Must have)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with syndicated data sources such as IRI, Nielsen, and SPINS.
Ability to communicate complex data and analytics in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner.
