We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers to promote our brand, products, or services. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of influencer culture, trends, and best practices across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
What will you do...
Influencer Strategy, Vetting & Execution
Develop and execute full-funnel influencer marketing strategies to support brand awareness, engagement, and conversion goals. Identify influencers and brand ambassadors across various platforms for earned, paid and shopper opportunities, including vetting and risk assessment.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand fans, influencers and content creators including coordination of product seeding, mailers, unboxings, and more. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation in line with budget and campaign goals.
Campaign Coordination
Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, budgets, and content approvals. Collaborate with social media, consumer engagement, media, and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and fully integrated activation across touchpoints.
Performance Measurement
Monitor and measure campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Manage influencer databases and elevating engagement and performance of all partnerships.
Cultural, Trend & Industry Awareness
Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor campaigns to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Maintain consistent pulse on cultural moments and opportunities to insert our brands via influencer tactics.

Executives and spokespeople during media engagements and training.
What you bring to the table… (Must Have)
Two plus years of experience in influencer marketing or social media strategy.
Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer tools (e.g., AspireIQ, GRIN, CreatorIQ, Upfluence).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting and analytics.
Creative thinkers with passion for digital trends and influencer culture.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing or paid influencer campaigns.
Existing network of influencer contacts is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen sense of judgment and storytelling ability.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience supporting brand activations and event-based storytelling.

Firsthand experience managing a brand newsroom or similar content hub.
