2nd Shift - This position flexes shifts and hours to cover people out on PTO or leave.

Pay Rate: $23.50

DUTIES:  Receiving Supervisor is available to answer any questions and discuss the duties and responsibilities of the above position. Additional information may be obtained in the Personnel Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Responsible for the proper receipt, marking and storage of all inbound ingredients, packaging and supplies using the SAP system. Supply ingredients and packaging to PSA’s in a timely manner, returning items from PSA’s to Warehouse promptly, performing bin to bin movements, problem solving, etc., while utilizing warehouse lot code rotation.  Will properly unload bulk trucks (i.e. flour, yeast, oil, syrup) after performing quality checks; ensure complete documentation.  Maintain complete and accurate records as required by ISO, HACCP, AIB and Quality Assurance.  Conduct Inventory Counts and Cycle Counts which include the warehouse and silos.  Execute in accordance with recycling program.  Keep yard & warehouse orderly and clean; ensuring appropriate and prompt clean up of spills. 

The successful Bidder will be expected to show proficiency in the following areas during the Qualification Period:

  • Computer knowledge:  needed for SAP, as working with the computer is an intricate part of the job
  • Excellent lift truck skills necessary
  • General Warehouse knowledge with the ability to learn quickly
  • Sound Mathematical skills, Calculator and be able to count accurately
  • Able to read, understand, and compare Product Specification Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, measuring instruments, etc.
  • Perform pallet and warehouse inspections
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. bags of ingredients & packaging on a regular basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
