How you will make history here...
This position will be responsible for Quality engineering strategy and execution in support of network enablers targets, Quality Excellence delivery in consumer experience and breakthrough opex. The position will develop and manage roadmaps to deliver capability development and maturity evolution for process control. The role will partner with cross functional teams to deliver strategy to build capability and enhance integrated digital solutions in support of advancing data availability and response. The role will be responsible for a team of Quality engineers focused on delivery of targeted improvement projects and will lead high stakes network level programs.
What you will do...
Partner with Quality Field leaders, site level technical leadership, BQA on focus project identification and prioritization – maintain roadmap and strat horizon outlook for priorities, including aligned plans for critical platforms
Technical lead for benchmarking internal and external in support of improving process standards and compliance
Align project work for team and ensure governance process is robust
Develop and align technical training roadmap and resource to improve overall enterprise technical capability
Develop compliance program for process standards and partner with sites for developing of improving compliance targets and identified opportunities
Provide direction and support to Quality Engineering team.
Influence and align stakeholders for critical priorities aligned with business requirements – ensure robust process and sustainability elements exist for on-going progress.
Champion network level programs driving capability improvements, waste reduction, and improve delivery to design target – inclusive of governing stakeholder reviews with senior leadership
Change management agent for building and roll out of advanced capabilities in statistical process control and Lean six sigma tools
Build process standards compliance model for network

What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, engineering or comparable technical degree required
8+ years of process development/process engineering/manufacturing operations, project management, or Quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
70% travel
It would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)
- 10+ years of process development, process engineering, manufacturing operations, project management or quality experience within food manufacturing
- SAP experience
- Minitab or statistical analysis experience
