QA Systems Manager - Policy Standards

How You Will Make History Here…

As the QA Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the quality standards across the organization. By leading the development, deployment, and management of quality programs and policies, you will ensure alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements. Your influence will extend to senior management and external partners, driving strategic initiatives that enhance food safety and quality throughout the enterprise. Your leadership will be instrumental in championing projects that safeguard our products, strengthen our reputation, and set new benchmarks for excellence.

What You Will Do…

  • Develop, manage, and continually improve quality assurance programs, policies, applications, and databases.

  • Oversee quality programs, systems, audit programs, evaluations, assessments, and provide training and guidance on quality systems.

  • Create and implement QA tools for continual improvement, including lean sigma methodologies.

  • Standardize and enhance QA data structures, reporting tools, and metrics.

  • Manage cross-functional relationships with R&D, supply chain, and senior management to ensure alignment of policies, systems, and objectives.

  • Provide leadership and technical expertise in product development, technology, business development, and quality staff development.

  • Lead technical initiatives in quality, food safety, and risk assessment programs.

  • Estimated travel 10%-30%

Who You Will Work With…

  • Collaborate with worldwide quality, supply chain, R&D, and senior management.

  • Engage with external technical organizations and associations.

What You Bring to the Table… (Must Have)

  • Expertise in food safety, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and quality systems within food processing.

  • Strong knowledge of Campbell quality standards and policies, with proven ability to execute against requirements.

  • Business acumen to support and influence R&D, supply chain, procurement, and category management processes.

  • Ability to partner with supply chain to manage supply base, resolve non-conformance, and improve KPIs.

  • Experience in industry food safety/quality audit practices.

  • Demonstrated leadership in collaborative development, documentation, planning, and continuous improvement of quality systems.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 8 years of food industry quality plant/systems experience

It Would Be Great If You Have… (Nice To Have)

  • Experience with data governance, systems implementation, and commercialization improvement strategies.

  • Skills in developing comprehensive training programs for quality initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with urgency and strong project/event management skills.

  • Strategic vision and ability to align business plans with objectives.

  • Knowledge of IT technologies and their application to quality assurance programs.


Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$109,500-$157,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
