This position is responsible for creating a finite production schedule for internal manufacturing plant lines to attain desired customer service and inventory goals while balancing plant constraints. It is also a critical executional role in driving the supply chain Demand Driven Supply Network strategy. The position will provide expertise for the production and inventory plans generated through the weekly processes
What you will do …
The Production Scheduler located in Denver, PA will Manage short-term production scheduling for the Snacks division, ensuring optimal inventory coverage and high customer service levels while balancing plant constraints. Execute the Demand Driven Supply Network strategy and maintain compliance with key performance metrics.
Responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining finite production schedules using Campbell’s scheduling systems.
• Collaborating with Supply Planning, Material Planning, Deployment Planning, and Plant Operations to resolve scheduling conflicts and exceptions.
• Driving schedule optimization and plan compliance.
• Supporting product lifecycle events such as new item launches, reformulations, and promotional activities.
• Leading production meetings and supporting plant-level scheduling initiatives.

What you will bring to the table… (Must-Have)
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CPG production scheduling or supply chain operations.
• Expertise in SAP planning and scheduling tools, especially SAP APO and S4/HANA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting goals and communicate effectively across functions.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Travel may vary depending on business needs: 5% minimum, up to 15% maximum.

• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations or remote scheduling.
• Familiarity with Demand Driven Supply Network strategies.
