At the beginning of each fiscal quarter, we pull the reliability data from the last 90 days. We then separate this data into top losses buckets and build plans around improving and or eliminating these losses over the course of the next 90 days. Through the quarter we have check in meetings to track progress and assign help as needed to meet our goals by the quarter’s end. Achieving these goals is the primary responsibility of our Reliability Leader.
