HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…

As Manager, North America Sales Effectiveness, you will turn commercial data into clear decisions and strengthen two connected drivers of growth: broker performance and trade investment returns.

Working across Sales, Finance, Analytics, Marketing, and broker partners, you will connect marketplace execution with investment performance and build the scorecards, guardrails, insights, and operating rhythms that turn data into action.

You will create a connected view of business performance that improves partner accountability, investment decisions, and execution across North America Foodservice.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

Connect Partner Performance and Commercial Investment

  • Lead the business performance rhythm for broker execution and trade investment, including scorecards, KPIs, reviews, action tracking, and leadership updates.
  • Connect broker activity, customer and distributor performance, contracts, funding, approvals, and spend to provide a complete view of business results.
  • Translate performance data into recommendations that show leaders where to invest, adjust, or strengthen accountability.
  • Partner with broker leaders, Analytics, Finance, and Sales Operations to measure performance against prior year, annual plan, commitments, and expected returns.
  • Strengthen broker execution through clear expectations, practical tools, training, and disciplined follow-through across market visits, customer engagements, and priority initiatives.
  • Keep broker selling resources, launch materials, new-item information, and training current across broker platforms.
  • Lead, coach, and develop one direct report, setting clear priorities and building the capabilities needed to strengthen business performance.

Build the Frameworks That Improve Decisions

  • Own and improve the North America Foodservice performance framework, integrating broker expectations and trade investment guardrails into a practical governance model.
  • Establish approval workflows, ROI standards, compliance expectations, escalation paths, and post-event reviews that support sound, efficient decisions.
  • Partner with Finance to improve trade tools, approval criteria, P&L visibility, and ROI measurement—and translate the findings into broker actions.
  • Develop integrated business performance dashboards with Sales Planning and Performance, automating data and connecting measures where practical.
  • Deliver decision-ready insights to leadership on investment effectiveness, execution performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to address performance gaps, resolve issues, and maintain clear ownership across broker and trade priorities.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE…

  • Leaders use integrated broker and trade insights to make faster decisions and assign clear ownership.
  • Broker expectations, scorecards, performance routines, and follow-up are consistent and actionable.
  • Trade investments follow clear guardrails and connect execution commitments to measurable returns.
  • Performance gaps trigger timely, coordinated action across internal teams and broker partners.
  • Selling tools, training, and event resources are current, accessible, and aligned to growth priorities.
  • Governance supports compliance and audit readiness without slowing execution.
