The Manager, IBP Supply & Capacity Planning – Fresh/Frozen Bakery oversees resources to define and manage the Fresh Bakery division’s operating limits and capacities. They will lead a team of Supply Planners that are responsible for the short and long-range capacity planning of the Fresh Network across a 24-month horizon. The incumbent will develop, manage and execute an inventory plan that minimizes working capital while meeting or exceeding customer service targets and minimizing write-offs. Additionally, the role will elevate areas of Risk where supply plans cannot meet the unconstrained demand plan or Opportunities where capacity exists above and beyond the current demand plan. This role will work closely with Contract Manufactures, Scheduling, Plant Operations, and Sales.
What you will do...
• Manage supply and capacity planning activities for entire Fresh-Frozen Bakery Network consisting of 4 plants and over several contract manufacturers.
• Identify constrained areas within Snacks Network that require external support to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with internal supply chain partners to manage downstream impacts of weekly production plan. (warehousing space, raw materials, production maintenance)
• Work cross functionally to bring tradeoff decisions needed to business team when demand exceeds capacity.
• Drive the execution of the mid-to-long-cut capacity plans working cross functionally to deliver customer service targets, increased product availability, and optimal working capital.
• Ensure that capacity plans are developed to accurately reflect the capacity and network constraints.
• Optimize network capacity to produce most efficient cases per line/plant.
• Manage safety stock strategy for fresh bakery network.
• Maintain flow rates and key master data inputs for accurate short and long-term planning.
• Complete scenario planning and report results as needed for projects and special requests.
• Lead monthly collaboration calls with plant operations, demand, and customer teams.
• Complete annual Safety stock setting updates.
• Continue to develop training material and documentation to standardize processes.

You will work with sales, manufacturing facilities and contract manufacturers.
What you will bring to the table (must have):
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business or comparable field.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in manufacturing, operations and supply chain planning.
It would be great to have (nice to have)...
- CPG industry experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Advanced Excel skills. Access skills preferred.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
