Job Description JOB TITLE: Cookie Line Sanitation Cupping PM 1
Pay:22.65/HR
GENERAL SUMMARY Perform Line Sanitation and cupping relief duties for production line assignments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform Line Sanitation duties for Cookie Cupping production line. Will include efficient and proper line set-up and pre-op checks, accurate and timely completion of metal detector checks, retrieve and set up correct size cups for day's production variety. Set up plows, vibrators, or stacker as needed. Keep gloves, aprons, and sanitizer stocked, set out floor mats, complete cup usage report, cookie breakage checks and other required paperwork. Perform housekeeping duties, including garbage cans as assigned throughout shift. Track and record Thrift correctly, keep areas neat and clean utilizing 5S standards, and complete foreign object reports as required. Provide cupping breaks as scheduled and will perform timings for new hires as needed. Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs. Perform other duties as assigned. A.M. Shift
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: preferred to have production line manufacturing experience or to have food service and food handling experience
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
