IT Video/Multimedia Content Intern Summer 2026

The IT Intern will support the development of engaging video content that showcases successful IT and digital transformation initiatives across the company. This role will focus on telling clear, compelling stories that highlight the business challenge, how data and technology were leveraged, and the resulting business impact.

This position blends creative marketing, video production, and foundational technology knowledge, and will work closely with IT leaders, business partners, and Corporate Communications.

Main Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, creative role requiring strong communication and storytelling skills.

·       Partner with IT, business, and Corporate Communications leaders to identify and document successful IT initiatives.

·       Interview key stakeholders to gather insights on business challenges, solutions, and outcomes.

·       Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly stories.

·       Draft video scripts, storyboards, and interview questions.

·       Film video content (interviews, b-roll, supporting visuals).

·       Edit video footage into polished final products suitable for internal and external audiences.

·       Incorporate branding, messaging, and storytelling best practices into all deliverables.

·       Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Interest in storytelling, marketing, and digital media.

·       Experience with or exposure to video production and editing tools.

·       Ability to interview stakeholders and synthesize information into compelling narratives.

·       Basic understanding of technology, data, or IT concepts (formal technical background not required).

·       Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

·       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

·       Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Education

·       Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Film, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field.

·       Undergraduate or graduate students eligible for an internship.


Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
