Integrated Marketing Communications, Coordinator

General summary

The role of an Integrated Marketing Communication Coordinator at Campbell Canada involves someone with a creative and strategic mindset, effective project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively support key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Responsible for execution of and production of integrated marketing campaigns, creative asset management, customer IT page development and digital/social support for assigned brands/products/campaigns supporting both retail and digital lines of business.

Primary responsibilities:

Support Shopper Programs Development & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of shopper marketing programs (in-store and retail media) across key retail partners (Ex. Loblaws, Walmart, Sobeys, etc). Areas of support can include:
    • POS order logistics
    • Creative asset management
    • IT pages / Tribute ad creation
    • Contest management
  • Assist with the creation of program briefs, timelines, and post campaign analysis
  • Assist with customer contests – co-ordinate cross-functional communication between brand, sales, legal, and external vendors, manage workback schedules, brief and provide feedback on creative for POS tools and navigate prize fulfillment
  • Monitor and report on program performance

Social & Digital

  • Monitor Campbell’s owned platforms – (@CampbellCanada, @GoldfishCanada)
  • Support creative asset upload as required
  • Design and modify creative assets using Canva
  • Source content for bi-weekly e-newsletter
  • Creating engaging and cohesive voices across all external and internal consumer channels and communications

Administration

  • Manages, tracks, and submits Shopper Marketing budgets monthly for finance review
  • Prepares internal communications of plans and activities, including executive summaries and shares to the broader marketing team
  • Accurately reports, on a timely basis, program results to Brand and Customer Teams
  • Manage assets and materials supporting programs – inventory reports, upload to internal platform, disposal of dated materials
  • Generate POs for vendor partners
  • Support broader Marcomm initiatives as needed including internal events, customer roadshow product innovation inspiration displays, and brand campaigns
  • Prizing/contest fulfillment support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

ECOMMERCE

•            Support Walmart digital shelf asset updates

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:    Post-secondary degree or diploma (Business/Commerce/Marketing preferred)
Experience:    1-2 year of relevant Shopper Marketing experience, CPG industry preferred

Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours:    •    Understands how to bring brand strategies to life in retail environments/ strong foundation in Shopper Marketing.
•    Has a passion for social media and food trends
•    Has an authentic curiosity on how to drive brand engagement across multiple platforms
•    Effective communication and presentation skills; Ensures consistency in brand communication and execution across all channels
•    Fosters a collaborative relationship with agency partners, vendors, customers and internal stakeholders
•    Effective proficiency in social media management, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing 
•    Understanding the nuances of different digital channels and how to optimize them for maximum engagement and conversion
•    Emerging project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines on time
•    Ability to align content strategy and creative deliverables with holistic consumer journeys and business needs
•    Acts with passion, team-builder, insight-led and data driven, and fosters a fun and engaging work environment.
•    Adapting to changing market conditions and consumer behaviors 
•    Proactively seeking solutions to challenges and driving actions to solve problems
•    Creative thinking to develop engaging marketing content and campaigns and willingness to learn and grow 
 


Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$65,800-$94,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
