The Campbell’s Company is building a powerhouse team in the newly formed Growth Office of consumer-centric, business-building marketers who are creating something special in CPG food. We are looking for individuals who love food and cooking and thrive on being in tune with culture and demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic-thinking, and a desire to win.
As part of the test kitchen team, you’ll be responsible for styling food and props on set to create visually stunning and appetizing food content – from banner ads to social videos to shopper displays. You’ll also assist with recipe development and testing based on consumer trends and insights.
What You Will Do…
- We’re looking for a curious, creative and experienced food stylist to join our in-house content studio and test kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making food look stunning and is always in tune with the latest food content trends.
- You will work with photographers, videographers, editors, producers, designers and test kitchen staff to create food imagery and video that makes consumers mouth water. You’ll also partner with colleagues – from social to insights – to create and test recipes and tips that delight and engage our target audiences.
- This role is ideal for someone with an artistic mindset and a keen attention to detail. From selecting props like surfaces, tumblers, and linens, to styling food - down to the crumb or sauce droplet – it’s important to monitor every detail to make the content as appetizing and on-brand as possible.
- Prepare and style food on set in accordance with brand standards and visual identity
- Develop recipes based on insights and trends briefed from colleagues – from social to shopper.
- Participate in pre-production process to advise on prop selection, food shots, cooking times, etc.
- Select and style props to enhance visual appeal and storytelling.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other team members to ensure high-quality food imagery and content.
- Maintain prop library and ensure proper storage. Recommend and order new props when needed.
- This role is Hybrid, WFH M/F and In-Office (T-Th), however you will need to come in office on Mondays and Fridays on an "as-needed" basis for photoshoots.

- This role will work closely with the test kitchen team, brand teams, photographers, and media agencies.
What You Bring To The Table… (Must Haves)
- 3+ years of experience in food styling for food brands and/or publications
- Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of food presentation techniques.
- Ability to prop style and create visually appealing food setups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous food styling and recipe development work.
- Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
It Would Be Great If You Have… (Nice-to-Haves)
- Bachelor's degree in food science, culinary, family and consumer sciences, food and nutrition, or related field desired
