As a Warehouse Associate, you will help ensure the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products and point-of-sale (POS) materials throughout our warehouse operation. By maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customer order fulfillment, and following safety standards, you will play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

Pay: $18.60/hour
Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Additional Hours: Overtime may be available based on business needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

• Load and unload palletized and non-palletized products and POS materials from trailers.
• Safely operate manual and powered material handling equipment.
• Pick, assemble, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Build pallets, apply stretch wrap, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Accurately identify, count, and verify products and POS materials to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Label outgoing shipments with appropriate identifying information, including route numbers, bin locations, and pallet counts.
• Utilize handheld computer devices during local checkout and inventory processes according to company operating guidelines.
• Transport inventory throughout the warehouse using approved material handling equipment.
• Prepare and organize warehouse locations for daily cycle counts and order-picking activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company sanitation, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in scheduled warehouse cleaning and housekeeping activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, procedures, and related documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work under direct supervision while following established procedures, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move more than 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in warehouse environments with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to use handheld technology to support inventory and warehouse operations.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Experience using handheld scanners, RF devices, or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with productivity goals.

Physical Work Environment

• Regular standing, walking, reaching, lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Frequent lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of more than 100 pounds.
• Exposure to indoor warehouse conditions and occasional outdoor weather conditions.
• Exposure to dust, noise, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures.
• Moderate noise levels throughout most work areas.
