Director, Revenue Growth Management – Enterprise Capability
How you will make history here…
Job Description
The Director, Revenue Growth Management – Enterprise Capability and enablement is accountable for building, scaling, and embedding the RGM capabilities required to deliver sustainable, profitable growth across the enterprise. The role defines best-in-class RGM by establishing common frameworks, standards, learning journeys, playbooks, governance routines, and performance measures across pricing, price-pack architecture, promotions, trade terms, mix, and assortment. Digital products are a key enabler of this mandate: the Director translates capability and business requirements into product priorities, partners with Digital/IT and vendors to shape fit-for-purpose tools, and ensures technology is integrated into learning and business rhythms. Success is measured by proficiency, adoption, consistent application, decision quality, and realized commercial impact in addition to the tool delivery.

Business Integration & Adoption: Embed RGM capabilities into strategic planning, AOP, customer planning, innovation, and in-year performance routines so that new skills and practices translate into better business decisions.
Digital Enablement: Shape the RGM digital-product portfolio as an enabler of the capability strategy, partnering with Digital/IT, analytics teams, and vendors to align product roadmaps, user experience, training, and adoption with business needs.
Governance & Value Realization: Establish governance, performance measures, and feedback loops that track proficiency, adoption, behavior change, decision quality, and commercial impact; advise senior leaders on priorities and barriers to accelerating RGM maturity.
