What you will do...

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking culinary strategic plan aligned with enterprise business priorities.
  • Implement professional development programs that elevate culinary talent and expertise across the organization.
  • Track and translate emerging culinary and consumer trends into actionable strategies for innovation and growth.
  • Ensure best-in-class design translation of culinary inspiration into R&D workflows and product development.
  • Represent Campbell at high-profile events, investor meetings, and executive forums as the culinary voice of the enterprise.
  • Inspire finished product designs using culinary gold standards and lead innovation at the front end of the funnel for Meals & Beverages (M&B) and Snacks.
  • Manage and mentor a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional recipe development, product applications, and marketing ideation.

Who you will work with...

  • Report directly to the SVP, Head of Enterprise R&D, influencing enterprise strategy at the highest level.
  • Collaborate with divisional R&D leaders, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to drive culinary excellence.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, customers, and media to strengthen Campbell’s reputation as a culinary innovator.

What you bring to the table (Must Have)...

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Culinary Degree from an accredited culinary school.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, hospitality, or foodservice environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Deep culinary, bakery, and technical product development expertise with strong knowledge of ingredient functionality and manufacturing processes.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities.

It would be nice if you have (Nice to Have)...

  • CIA ProChef Level III Certification, ACF C.E.C., or Certified Research Chef designation.
  • Experience as a culinary spokesperson to media and customers.
  • Advanced ability to translate culinary trends into innovative, consumer-driven solutions.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering culinary training programs for R&D teams.

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$186,800-$268,500

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
