What You Will Do...
Design Support: Assist in developing packaging designs, brand assets, and marketing materials under Assoc. Director guidance
Concept Development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and explore creative solutions aligned with brand strategies
Production & Execution: Prepare accurate and consistent design files for production
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, innovation, and commercialization teams to bring designs to life
Trend & Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inspire new ideas
Design Presentations: Help create presentation decks and visual storytelling materials for internal and external use
Who You Will Work With...
Assoc. Director, senior designers and creative team members

Cross-functional partners across brand and product development
What You Bring to the Table... (Must-Have)
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
3+ years of experience in brand or packaging design (internships or entry-level experience welcome). Experience may include creative/design agency or in-house. Internships will count toward experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and composition
Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Eagerness to learn and openness to constructive feedback
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
It Would Be Nice If You Have... (Nice-to-Have)
Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), branding, art direction or commercialization
Knowledge of pre-press and production processes
