As a Relief Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring production continuity by providing coverage across cookie processing, packaging, robotics, and other manufacturing areas. Your versatility, technical aptitude, and commitment to safety and quality will help maintain efficient operations while supporting production goals and team success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
Provide operational coverage for employees on vacation, leave, or absence across production, packaging, robotics, and other assigned areas.
Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Support cookie processing, packaging, robotics, and other manufacturing functions as assigned.
Perform production worker and cupping duties when relief coverage is not needed.
Meet established cupping performance and quality standards.
Complete required paperwork, production records, and data entry accurately and timely.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards.
Safely handle materials and perform heavy lifting requirements associated with production activities.
Adapt to changing schedules, products, production lines, and operational priorities.
Follow all food safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company policies.
Support production goals by maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Work in various production areas as business needs require.
Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by supervision.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum one year of manufacturing or production experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to safely set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment.
Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform job duties.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout the shift.
Ability to work across multiple departments and production functions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to accurately complete production documentation and data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying assignments, scheduled coverage, overtime, and weekend shifts.
Commitment to food safety, GMP compliance, and workplace safety standards.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
Previous experience in cookie processing, food manufacturing, packaging, or robotics operations.
Experience operating automated manufacturing or packaging equipment.
Food service or food handling experience.
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with production reporting systems and data entry.
Cross-training experience across multiple production areas.
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency efforts.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Manufacturing and food production environment.
Conveyor belt production setting requiring repetitive motions.
Standing for the duration of the shift.
Frequent use of hands, arms, and shoulders.
Regular lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
May be assigned to different production lines based on business needs.
Schedule may include early morning hours and regular Sunday work.
COMPENSATION
Pay: $22.65 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift 6:50AM-2:50PM
