You will play a key role in supporting the FP&A function by applying financial acumen and analytical skills to commercialization projects, process support, and strategic initiatives. Your work will help ensure sound financial decisions, accurate reporting, and actionable insights that drive business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
Commercialization Finance – Core Responsibility (80%)
Prepare detailed financial models for new product launches, including pro forma P&Ls, cost assumptions, pricing strategies, and trade spend impacts.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to gather inputs and validate assumptions for commercialization projects.
Draft financial analyses for launches, enabler programs, and platform expansions for Manager review.
Track commercialization financial performance post-launch, highlighting variances and preparing leadership reports.
Support the Manager in ensuring commercialization decisions align with divisional targets.
Process Support (10%)
Prepare monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) materials, including flux analyses, bridges, and draft presentations for senior management.
Compile and load pricing and COPs data, ensuring accuracy across profit center hierarchies, SKU structures, and pricing models.
Prepare and submit royalty forecasts and actuals templates to Goldfish licensing partners and ensure timely payments.
Ad-Hoc / Category Strategy (10%)
Conduct detailed line-item analyses of Goldfish and Lance P&Ls, highlighting cost drivers and variances.
Build preparatory models for margin roadmaps, scenario analyses, capital ROI/payback, SKU analyses, and mix analyses.
Provide clear documentation and draft recommendations for leadership discussions.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred)
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Analytical mindset with ability to perform data analysis and draw meaningful conclusions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration
Proactive approach to problem-solving and escalation
Basic understanding of financial accounting, balance sheet/P&L statements, and budgeting
Excellent Microsoft Office and financial systems skills
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Motivation to improve tools, processes, and templates
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
Experience in FP&A or related financial roles
Familiarity with commercialization finance processes
Exposure to integrated business planning or similar processes
Advanced Excel modeling skills
Knowledge of ROI/payback analysis and scenario modeling
