Job Profile Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Preparing food to order for employees. Includes grill cooking and cash register duties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The employee's primary task will be to prepare food per employee orders.
The employee will also perform grill cooking, cash register duties and cleaning duties.
The employee must positively interact with employees and provide excellent customer service.
The employee will occasional lift up to 35 pounds, perform stocking duties and will operate dishwasher equipment, while also cleaning the cooking area and tables to comply with cleanliness standards.
The employee must comply with all safety and quality good manufacturing practices guidelines.
COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: three months as a general food prep cook.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED: six months experience with grill cooking, cash register, and food service duties preferred.
OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED Ability to safely operate hot grill, fryers, stand for most of 8-hr shift.
