Shift: 3rd Shift | 9:45 PM - 6:00 AM Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $22.50/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential

HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials throughout the warehouse. Your work will directly support production and customer fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine materials to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Transport materials and products from receiving and production areas to storage locations or other designated areas.
• Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, or bins following established inventory procedures.
• Pick, stage, and distribute materials and stock items to support production and customer requirements.
• Assemble customer orders, palletize products, and prepare shipments.
• Load and unload palletized and non-palletized products from trailers.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Mark and label materials with identifying information.
• Open bales, crates, and containers as needed.
• Record and track materials received, stored, and distributed.
• Count or weigh materials to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and computers to enter and update records.
• Take photographs of incoming and outgoing shipments for documentation and tracking purposes.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory activities as required.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, including 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing waste, storing supplies properly, and keeping aisles and exits clear.
• Follow all safety procedures, report defective equipment, and immediately report workplace injuries.
• Perform additional duties and work overtime as business needs require.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Experience using computers for data entry and inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support mandatory overtime when required.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)

• Previous experience with Oracle or a similar Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prior experience operating Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Clamp Trucks.
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory management activities.
• Knowledge of warehouse best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently sit, stand, walk, and drive material handling equipment.
• Frequently use hands for material handling and warehouse tasks.
• Occasionally climb, stoop, and kneel.
• Continuously communicate and follow verbal instructions.
• Frequently perform floor-to-waist lifting and occasionally perform waist-to-eye lifting.
• Occasionally carry materials using both hands.
• Ability to safely handle materials weighing up to 100 lbs. frequently.
